These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jo77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the jo77 website located at jo77.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and support channels.

5. Single Account: You do not already hold an active or previously suspended jo77 account.

jo77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of jo77 services, you must create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. One Account Only: Each individual may hold only one jo77 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jo77 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.
3. Identity Verification (KYC): jo77 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is processed. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted from withdrawals until documentation is satisfactorily provided.
4. Account Ownership: Your jo77 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or grant access to your account to any third party. jo77 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials.
5. Contact Details: You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. jo77 will use the email address and contact details on file to communicate important account and regulatory notices.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jo77 account login credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations and conditions apply:

1. You must select a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with any other person.
2. You must notify jo77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3. jo77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
4. All activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility. jo77 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain credential security, unless directly caused by a breach within jo77's own security infrastructure.
5. jo77 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security. You use the platform at your own risk.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in the jo77 cashier at the time of transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• jo77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by jo77 support.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. jo77 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24–72 hours of request submission, subject to verification requirements.
• jo77 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the account has an outstanding bonus with active wagering requirements. The bonus must be completed or forfeited before a withdrawal can be initiated.

5.3 Currency

The jo77 platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All balances, bets, winnings, and transaction amounts are displayed and processed in Taka. No currency conversion is applied by jo77.

jo77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements"). The specific multiple applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
2. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible verified players only. jo77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused bonus terms or who are identified as bonus arbitrage participants may be excluded from promotions.
3. Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period, which will be stated in the individual bonus terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
4. Game Restrictions: Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution entirely or may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%, 50%). The contribution table for each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless jo77 explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
6. Abuse Prevention: jo77 reserves the right to void bonuses, related winnings, and restrict accounts where bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts — is identified.
7. Modification & Cancellation: jo77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently cancel any promotion at any time without advance notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change.

By participating in any game or betting market on jo77, you acknowledge and accept the following:

1. Game Rules: Each game and betting market on the jo77 platform is governed by its own specific rules. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game or market before participating. Lack of familiarity with game rules is not grounds for refund of wagers.
2. Finality of Results: Game results and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the platform. jo77 will only reconsider a settlement in cases of demonstrable technical error on the part of the platform.
3. Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, jo77 reserves the right to void the affected round(s). Wagers placed during a verified malfunction will be returned to the player's account balance. jo77 is not liable for losses arising from connection interruptions on the player's side.
4. Sportsbook Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). In cases of dispute, jo77's decision on settlement is final.
5. Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market and may be adjusted by jo77 at any time.
6. Void Bets: jo77 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to system errors, or bets placed after a sports event has concluded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jo77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening or operating more than one jo77 account under any identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of account use.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods for deposits.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer table games.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other financially motivated criminal activity via the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the jo77 platform software or infrastructure.
• Posting or transmitting harmful, offensive, or unlawful content via any communication channel within the platform.
• Abusing or threatening jo77 support staff or other players.

All content on the jo77 platform — including but not limited to the jo77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jo77 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jo77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jo77 content without express prior written authorisation from jo77.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used by jo77 under licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jo77 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

In all cases where jo77's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, jo77's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jo77 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

jo77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using the jo77 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jo77 platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
